Q: I'm having trouble logging in
A: Are you a registered user? You must be registered to list ads. You can register by clicking the " Place Ad " tab located at the top of our page. If you are an existing user and have forgotten your password, you can click the " forgot my password " tab in the login page. Your password will be automatically emailed to you. If you have forgotten your username please give us a call.
Q: I'm trying to upload my photo's but the system won't accept them.
A: Most likely your photos are too large. Photo pixel count cannot exceed 640 pixels. If your photos are larger than this you will need to resize them in order to upload to the system. If you wish to place the ad immediately, do not include a photo of the item. You can ad a photo to your listing at any time.
Q: I'm trying to place an ad, but the system won't proceed to the next page?
A: Have you filled out all required information?
Q: How can I make changes to my ad?
A: In order to make changes to existing listings you must be logged in. Once logged in click on the listing you wish to edit. Click the " edit " tab
Q: Who will have access to my ad?
A: The entire buying public. Our site specifically targets Canadian & U.S. heavy equipment buyers
